We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Contractor to provide exceptional cleaning services for our clients' homes. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work independently while delivering high-quality cleaning tailored to each residence. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
Maintain high standards of cleanliness using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Manage your schedule to ensure timely arrival at each client’s home
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Organize and manage household items to promote tidiness and orderliness
Provide excellent customer service by being professional,
respectful, and attentive to client requests
Maintain a high level of organization to track appointments, supplies, and client preferences
Skills and Requirements
Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus for serving diverse clients
Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of residential cleaning best practices
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
Must have Liability Insurance
Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
Valuable communication skills for interacting professionally with clients
Customer service experience or background in hospitality is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
