We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Toronto-based General Contractor with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality institutional, residential, and mixed-use projects. Thanks to a growing portfolio of recently awarded work, they’re expanding their leadership team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects ranging from $20M-$100M , including affordable housing, TTC, schools, municipal buildings and hospital renovations

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

- Proven experience working with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with experience managing junior staff
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in affordable housing, condos, rental buildings or seniors housing
- Organized with solid communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects valued between $20M and $100M
- A collaborative leader who enjoys solving challenges and driving projects forward
