Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate youth development programs
• Manage facilities and equipment
• Build community relationships and partnerships
• Recruit youth participants and supervise staff
• Deliver reports to the Community Director
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in management-level roles
• At least 4 years in youth program development
• Knowledge of registration software and programs
• First-Aid and CPR-C certification necessary
• Valid driver's license preferred
