In this position, you will assist Achev's Project Management in Construction Bridging Program by establishing connections between internationally trained professionals and employers across Ontario. Business development, account management, and recruitment will be crucial components of this role as you identify hiring needs and maintain candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach and promote talent pipeline to construction firms
• Establish relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and executives
• Match candidates’ profiles with job opportunities in construction




• Guide participants in job search strategies and career preparedness
• Vet potential employer partners for compliance and safety
Requirements:
• University degree or applicable sales/recruitment experience
• Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or business development
• History of facilitating career coaching or training workshops
• Knowledge of localized job search techniques in construction
• Robust negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
