As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will take responsibility for maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of systems across various client sites. Your technical expertise will enhance client relationships and ensure compliance with safety and building codes. You will also mentor junior team members to foster development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system diagnostics
• Support client relations and explicit communications
• Mentor junior technicians and oversee training
• Complete work orders and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service
• Valid Refrigeration Mechanic license (313A) required
• Gas Technician 2 (G2) licence essential
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Clean driving record with a Class G Licence
