This role focuses on the hands-on management of portfolios within CC&L;’s Fundamental Canadian Equity Team. You will execute portfolio changes, monitor compliance, and spearhead process improvement initiatives involving AI and automation. Your collaborative work with Portfolio Managers and research analysts will directly drive portfolio performance and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily portfolio changes and manage cash flows
• Monitor compliance flags and resolve portfolio constraints
• Evaluate portfolio risk and performance attribution




• Ensure operational efficiency of portfolio management tools
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of investment management principles
• Degree in Finance or Computer Science; CFA is an asset
