They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Contract Period12 months with potential to extend or convertPay RateStarting from $70 per hourLocationToronto, ONLocation TypeHybrid; 4 days a week in officeBusiness HoursMonday-Friday; 9:00 AM-5:00 PMJob ResponsibilitiesProvides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisorMay network with industry contacts to gain competitive insights and best practicesInfluences and negotiates to achieve business objectivesAssists in the development of strategic plansIdentifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-makingHelps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategyConducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issuesActs as the prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholdersManages/validates financial forecasts and conducts ongoing reconciliationBreaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendationsMonitors and tracks performance and addresses any issuesDesigns and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboardsSocializes change management plans with stakeholders and consistently measures project effectiveness and adoptionDirects complex initiatives typically involving multiple business unitsExercises direct accountability for projects with up to 50 team membersNegotiates complex contracts with external vendors (in consultation with Strategic Sourcing) to ensure receipt of specific resources and materialsTakes ownership of the project from cradle to grave and ensures all project artifacts are completedManages overall project budgetProvides guidance to the project sponsor on the implementation and sustainment of projects, resulting in successful project outcomesManages all aspects of the project lifecycle, including business,
