Estimator Kelowna, BC | Full time | In-Office About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Estimator to join our team in Kelowna.

This is an in-office position, five days a week, suited to a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative workplace and takes pride in delivering accurate, well-researched estimates.

What Youll Do Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor scopes Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate project budgets Conduct quantity take-offs and apply appropriate pricing using historical data, supplier quotes, and market knowledge Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids Collaborate with project managers, site superintendents, and clients throughout the pre-construction phase Identify project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities Participate in bid strategy discussions and contribute to go/no-go decisions Maintain organized bid files and contribute to post-bid reviews and lessons learned What You Bring 78 years of estimating experience in the construction industry (ICI, commercial,
