Typical Scope In a Controller role, you''ll be at the helm of financial leadership, ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining controls, and driving financial strategy for a growing organization.

Core Responsibilities Lead and oversee the financial close process, delivering timely, accurate financial statements and analyses Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements while managing external audits Develop and maintain robust internal controls and process efficiencies Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making Implement scalable solutions, including system upgrades and automation Drive success in projects like M&A;, ERP implementations, and expansion initiatives Key Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA designation preferred 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Expertise in IFRS/GAAP, financial planning,
