The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of fleet operations in a stable, high-volume environment with consistent workflow.This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, with flexibility required based on operational needs.What You Will Be Responsible For:
Providing leadership and direction to maintenance teams across multiple locationsDriving operational consistency, efficiency, and service standardsSupporting workforce planning, coaching,



and performance managementEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance requirementsCollaborating with internal stakeholders to support operational prioritiesOverseeing resource allocation, workflow, and overall shop performanceWhat We Are Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a maintenance, fleet, or operational environmentStrong ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive resultsExperience within transportation, logistics, or heavy equipment environments is an assetMechanical or trade background (e.G., Heavy Equipment Technician) or HET certification is considered an assetAbility to lead technical teams with credibility and sound operational judgment
