This role involves ensuring the well-being of children, documenting interactions accurately, and supporting positive family dynamics within the Family Learning Place. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor family visits to safeguard children's welfare
Accurately document observations for ministry reporting
Facilitate positive interactions between families
Enforce program policies and safety guidelines
Provide a non-judgmental and supportive setting

Requirements:
Grade 12 or GED; education in relevant fields is preferred
Experience with trauma-informed practices
Excellent communication skills for engaging clients
Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
Current Criminal Record Check needed
