In this senior role, you will spearhead the development of complex proposals, leveraging your expertise in strategic capture and multidisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Lead proposal strategy for high-value pursuits • Conduct Go/No-Go evaluations for decision making • Develop win themes and competitive positioning • Ensure proposal compliance with client standards • Mentor teams for growth and improvement
Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years in proposal development • Expertise in AEC and environmental consulting sectors • Robust understanding of public and private RFP processes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Experience with AI technologies for proposal development
