JOB PURPOSE The Psychologist Leader is clinical leadership work in the field of psychology, employees provide support, guidance, and advice on clinical practice. QUALIFICATIONS Must be licensed as a Psychologist under the New Brunswick College of Psychologists and have progressive related work experience (3 years) in which leadership ability and competency as a psychologist has been demonstrated KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Psychologist 2 Clinical Leader is responsible to: Ensure services provided are consistent with qualified scope of practice Provide clinical support to Psychologists Provide guidance and advise to staff, management, and stakeholders regarding clinical practice Monitor, assign and review work Perform administrative duties such as oversee day to day operations, participate in staff recruitment, assist in performance management, statistical activities, and committee work Perform clinical work COMPETENCIES Analytical Thinking Interpersonal Relations Mentoring and Coaching Patient/Client Focus Planning and Prioritizing Work Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration Interested?
