Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the precast concrete plant Be responsible for production output and product quality, including daily reviews of production with the Plant Superintendent and other relevant departments.

Allocate, Lead, train, coach, and support production employees Enforce company safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and promote a robust safety culture Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve performance Work closely with Quality Control personnel to ensure products meets company and customer specifications Manage employee attendance, assist with scheduling, and overtime requirements.

Additional duties as assigned Technical Requirements Two Year Civil Engineering Technician diploma, Construction Management Technician diploma, and/or a Civil Engineering degree or relevant amount of education and experience Experience supervising manufacturing, industrial, construction, or precast concrete operations.





Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations Robust communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Relevant safety experience in an industrial/unionized environment ideally within the Construction Industry considered an asset.
