We are hiring on behalf of our client, a small but fast-growing company that specializes in shipping classic vehicles from Europe to North America. They are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join their Toronto office. Training will be provided, but the role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.

What Youll Do
Coordinate and track shipments across ocean, land, and ports
Prepare and review customs documentation
Communicate with clients and provide shipment updates




Keep transport management systems accurate and up to date
Support office operations as needed

What You Bring
Fluent English, written and spoken
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Willingness to take ownership and stay until the job is done
Comfortable working with international time zones
