This role requires a PhD in electrical engineering or related fields, alongside expertise in Cadence simulators and RF/mm-wave circuit design. You will partner with diverse engineering teams to model systems and validate prototypes, directly impacting our cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Model electro-optic systems using Cadence photonics-analog simulators
• Co-design analog and photonic devices with engineering teams
• Design and conduct high-speed RF experiments to validate models
• Author and review architectural specifications for projects
Requirements:
• PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or applied physics
• Proficient in Verilog-A, Spectre, and Keysight ADS
• Robust coding skills in Python or Matlab
• Expertise in RF/mm-wave circuit design
• Proven problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios
