Join OFNTSC in Brantford as a Project Administrator dedicated to housing and infrastructure support. This role is ideal for organized individuals skilled in project coordination and administration.
As a key member of OFNTSC, you will oversee project management tasks under the Director of Operations. Your expertise in administration will assist the Housing team and facilitate CMHC-funded initiatives, ensuring technical self-sufficiency and community support. Organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide project coordination support for housing and infrastructure projects
• Manage project correspondence and ensure timely follow-up
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
• Maintain organized project files and CMHC records
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Office Administration preferred
• Knowledge of CMHC housing programs is an asset
• Experience in project support in a nonprofit setting
• Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
