About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to take on a pivotal leadership role in building and driving a high-performing sales function. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, commercially driven sales leader with a proven track record in capital equipment, industrial manufacturing, or a similarly complex B2B setting. This role is focused on aligning the sales function with the company's growth objectives, both domestically and internationally. The Head of Sales will be responsible for owning a personal book of business, leading the sales team, and implementing the necessary structure, discipline, and processes to scale revenue. A key aspect of the role is the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a relationship-driven,
customer-first culture.
The ideal candidate for the Head of Sales position at the company will have a background in a related industry and be adept at managing key customer relationships.
