The Contents Technician supports insurance restoration and contents management claims related to water damage, fire damage, and mold losses. This is a field-based, hands-on role working in residential and commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities
Perform contents pack-outs and pack-backs for insurance claims
Safely pack, label, move, and transport household and commercial contents
Assist with inventory support, item handling, and documentation
Segregate contents for cleaning, restoration, storage, or disposal
Load and unload contents at job sites and secure storage facilities
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Work closely with Project Managers and Team Leads
Mandatory Requirements
Valid driver's license
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying items
Comfortable working in residential homes and commercial properties
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Skilled and respectful demeanor with clients
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
Experience in contents restoration, moving, warehousing, or insurance claims
Familiarity with pack-out / pack-back procedures
IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Forklift or warehouse experience
