Drive strategic communications and philanthropy initiatives at Pacific Community Resources Society. As a full time manager, support brand stewardship and stakeholder engagement efforts across British Columbia.
The Communications & Philanthropy Manager will lead PCRS's communication strategies and donor engagement projects. This strategic role requires collaboration with leaders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, you will create systems to enhance communication and build community awareness of PCRS’s impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement communication strategies for PCRS
• Strengthen internal communication systems for staff engagement
• Oversee external communications, including website and publications
• Coordinate donor stewardship and fundraising engagements
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and budgets
Requirements:
• Degree or certification in communications or related field
• Solid written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience leading projects in a non-profit setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital platforms
• Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
