About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP/Director of Sales and Marketing to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and leading the sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's growth objectives, creating market segmentation strategies, and building solid relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a leader who can build and maintain a high-performance team, oversee day-to-day operations, and lead efforts in identifying and pursuing business opportunities. The VP/Director will also be involved in preparing and reviewing proposals, and presentations, and making go/no-go project decisions, all while ensuring the team is engaged and collaborating to achieve the company's goals.





Applicants for the VP/Director of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a preference for those in the construction or related industry, and at least 5 years of experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams. The role demands a candidate with a strong understanding of marketing strategies, experience in managing complex projects, and a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, and experience in the construction, real estate development, or related fields is considered an asset.
