As a Lifeworks Employability Coach, you will facilitate our award-winning 4-day programme both in-person and online. Your duties include national travel, ensuring you provide 12 months of follow-up assistance, and developing engaging workshops for diverse individuals. Collaborating with colleagues and employers is key to creating meaningful job prospects for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver the Lifeworks programme nationwide, online and in-person
• Provide one year of ongoing participant support
• Develop trusted relationships with veterans and families




• Create and deliver recent employability workshops online
• Work with employers and partners for job placements
Requirements:
• Experience in coaching, training, or employment support
• Dedicated to helping the Armed Forces community
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home
• Proficient in rapport building with various demographics
• Robust organizational skills for effective caseload management
