Join our team as a long haul truck driver, specializing in mountain driving and cargo transport. This in office role emphasizes safety and professionalism in all aspects of trucking.
In this truck driving role, you will operate extended length tractor-trailer combinations. The position does not require a formal education as on-the-job training will be provided. Addressing customer concerns and ensuring cargo safety during transport are critical components of your responsibilities. You will also perform routine vehicle inspections and emergency repairs when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain necessary permits for international transport
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections




• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
• Ensure safety and security of all goods transported
• Communicate effectively with central dispatch
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or A driver's license required
• Must have Air Brakes Endorsement
• Will train; no prior experience necessary
• Experience with mountain driving is a plus
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks
