About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a solid background in global technology, data analytics, or AI/IT services to lead its organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategic and operational growth, with a primary focus on building a high-performance, enterprise-level revenue engine. This role requires a leader with a proven track record of scaling organizations, particularly from the $50M to $150M+ range, and a deep understanding of international operations and diverse business cultures. The CEO will be tasked with transitioning the company to a disciplined, organic growth model, and will be the key architect of the commercial strategy, including the development of a mature,



process-oriented sales culture and the alignment of international offices.

Key responsibilities for the CEO include working with the Board of Directors to refine strategic and operating plans, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the company's capacity to deliver on its plans. The ideal candidate will have a revenue-first mindset, be adept at structuring complex tech-services deals, and be capable of shifting the organization toward recurring software revenues. Experience in leading a publicly traded company or operating within a larger public corporation is highly preferred, as is a solid commercial acumen and a focus on customer/client orientation. The role demands a leader who is results-oriented, with a sense of urgency, and who can maintain and improve senior-level relationships with customers and strategic partners.
