About the Role

The Company is seeking experienced governance leaders to join the Boards of Directors of its regional health authorities. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, setting organizational direction, and ensuring accountability in the delivery of high-quality, accessible health services. This role is pivotal in shaping the long-term vision, monitoring performance, and incorporating community voices into the decision-making process. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in board governance, the ability to offer independent oversight, sound judgment, and strategic advice, and a commitment to fostering a board culture built on integrity, accountability, and innovation.





Applicants for the Board of Directors must be residents of Current Brunswick and meet regional eligibility requirements. The company is particularly interested in individuals with expertise in governance, law and ethics; finance, accounting, and risk management; strategic planning; information technology; research and innovation; communications; human resources; and infrastructure management. Proficiency in French is essential for appointments to the Francophone-led health authority.
