In this significant role, you will assist our talented team in delivering exceptional personal support to Community Members, focusing on their individual care plans. Your daily responsibilities will include helping with personal care, mobility, and providing companionship. You will work under the guidance of the Director of Care to uphold our commitment to Making Today Great!
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing and dining
• Accurately observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Provide emotional support and promote engagement in activities




• Maintain documentation and comply with safety standards
• Ensure a secure and welcoming workplace for Community Members
Requirements:
• Completion or enrollment in a related healthcare program
• Prior experience in a senior care or healthcare environment preferred
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• CPR/First Aid Certification required
• Ability to lift and assist Community Members as necessary
