regulators, consultants, contractors, and funding agencies, to bring clarity, alignment, and disciplined decision-making to the program.

The ideal candidate for the Chief Project Officer position at the company will have 10 to 15 years' of progressive leadership experience, with a focus on major projects valued at $500 million or more. Expertise in project delivery, procurement, contract administration, construction management, commissioning, financial stewardship, and risk management is essential. The role requires a leader who can operate with strategic judgment, credibility, and influence in a public-sector context, and who is adept at building trust and leading multidisciplinary teams through complex and changeable settings. Experience in wastewater treatment, environmental infrastructure, or major public-sector capital programs is a solid asset.
