This full time role focuses on supporting the Commercial function of the NA Flavor Organization. The Sales Operations Specialist will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and more to prioritize customer needs. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be vital in managing projects and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate documents and reports using standard operating procedures
• Assist with customer communications and project management
• Develop SOPs, including process mapping and gap identification
• Support management of House and Value accounts
• Travel requirements may reach up to 20%
Requirements:
• University degree in business or related field
• Minimum 1+ years in business or customer management
• Proven relationship-building and teamwork skills
• Robust analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
