Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. This part-time contract role is ideal for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in a dynamic setting. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our clients in the accountancy sector.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, operating the till and other payment systems.




Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working workplace.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an advantage, with demonstrable ability to engage positively with customers.
