Joining the Community Services Division, you will oversee seasonal recreation programs from September 2026 to June 2027, providing mentorship and guidance to staff. Bring your three years of experience working with children, alongside two years in leadership roles, to foster a productive and inclusive setting. Your ability to effectively communicate and manage staff will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Recreation Supervisor to implement programs
• Lead part time staff and volunteer training and supervision




• Oversee and evaluate daily activities in multiple locations
• Manage attendance records and necessary follow-ups
• Provide staff support and feedback regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 16 years of age, demonstrating maturity
• Experience of three years working in recreation
• At least two years of supervisory experience
• Robust communication and customer service skills
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
