We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to design and develop scalable distributed
systems across backend services, edge computing, AWS, and AI/ML platforms. This role
requires someone who can guide engineers, make technical decisions, and remain
actively involved in coding and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable backend and edge-computing
solutions.
Build production-grade APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Implement event-driven architectures, validation pipelines, and data-normalization
services.
Develop integrations with identity, trust, and third-party platform providers.
Support JWT validation, token verification, public-key caching, and secure signal
Build data-access and feature-processing services supporting ML inference.
Guide engineers through coding standards, design reviews, troubleshooting, and
delivery.
Collaborate with architects, data scientists, product teams, and external partners.
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery
speed.
Requirements:
Robust hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
Solid AWS experience across compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
Experience with edge computing, CDN functions, edge workers, or
Experience building greenfield applications or platforms from zero to one.
Exposure to ML inference pipelines, feature processing, model serving, or data
platforms.
Experience using GitHub Copilot, LLM-powered workflows, or similar AI
development tools.
Solid communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Python and Databricks experience.
Knowledge of JWT, JWS, PKI, OAuth 2.0, or token verification.
Experience with observability, structured logging, distributed tracing, and
monitoring.
Background in identity, fraud, trust, cybersecurity, or network services.
