Wage: $23.00 to $35.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in commercial food preparation

Job Duties
Present recent cooking methods and equipment to the kitchen staff
Develop original and creative recipes to enhance the menu offerings
Guide kitchen staff on food prep, cooking techniques, plating, and final presentation to ensure high-quality dishes
Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
Handle preparation and cooking of meals and signature dishes
Order food and kitchen supplies
Oversee the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks and helpers, to ensure timely service
Train recent and existing staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
