Become a Restorative Care Aide with Jarlette Health Services, located in Welland, Ontario. This full time position is focused on enhancing resident independence and safety through expert care services.
As a vital member of the care team, you will support residents in their daily living activities, execute tailored therapy programs, and document individual progress. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility
• Conduct assessments and implement therapy programs
• Record and evaluate residents' progress in care




• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement practices
• Strictly follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Enrollment in or completion of a restorative care training program
• Training supervised by a registered therapist
• Commitment to ongoing education in the field
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation is advantageous
• Competency in using computer systems
