Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception services and day-to-day office operations
Coordinate travel and prepare expense reports
Assist with meeting planning, minute-taking, and follow-ups
Handle confidential student and operational information
Maintain data for program evaluation and outreach initiatives
Requirements:
Four years of administrative experience required
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Pro
Understanding of Indigenous culture and history
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
