As a Cost Accountant, you will support the Cost Accounting Manager by maintaining accurate costing models, analyzing various operational costs, and preparing financial reports. Your skills will help guide our pricing decisions and contribute to overall financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the Costing Model for recent products
• Analyze pricing structures and establish optimal pricing
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (Deacom)
• Prepare monthly production and cost reports




• Carry out month-end closing activities effectively
Requirements:
• Solid skills in product costing and variance analysis
• Relevant post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in a food processing manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
