Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this position is a 12-month contract focused on procurement effectiveness. You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process from requisition to payment, working closely with suppliers and internal teams. Solid communication and project management skills are essential for success in this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive procurement operations from requisition to payment
• Manage automated PO creation and assist with manual POs
• Support daily inquiries from internal stakeholders
• Assist the Purchasing Manager with escalated tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years procurement experience
• University degree in Business or equivalent
• CCP or PMAC registration preferred
• Solid supplier and stakeholder management experience
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Excel
