We are seeking a Cable installation and repair helper – telecommunications to join the YPS Prime Solutions team. In this role, you will be asked to perform various functions.

Wage: $25.00 per hour for 40 hours/week

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary (high) school
Work Experience: At least 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience

Responsibilities
Assist technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications cables, including coaxial, fibre‑optic, and copper cables
Carry, position, and secure tools, equipment, ladders,



and materials at work sites
Help run, pull, splice, and terminate cables under supervision
Prepare work areas by digging trenches, climbing poles, or accessing confined spaces as required
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles
Load and unload materials and supplies
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
