The Center of Excellence Specialist will provide the local markets and channels with retail support, training, and guidance. This position will be responsible for meeting goals for productivity and compliance based on the metrics established by management; collaborate with peers, market representatives, and channels to identify inefficiencies and submit recommendations to the team, lead improvements, and maintain and enforce published retail system processes.
Responsibilities
Review objective submissions to ensure standardized compliance and capacity management is met.
Review promotions with appropriate retail management before objectives are released to retail.
Review all content locker submissions for standardized compliance.
Support local geography requests and provide suggestions/trainings to ensure standardized processes are maintained.
Review dashboard with appropriate retail management before releasing recent/discontinued items to retail.
Manage promotional dashboard daily, including submission/rejection of retail requests to escalation or RAP.
Manage dashboard daily, including submission/rejection to escalation.
Complete all territory changes accurately and by the due date established.
Provide support on various requests from your supervisor.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing/retail reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Basic Retail iQ report functions.
