Key Responsibilities

Maintain supplier documentation, certifications, and regulatory records to ensure compliance.

Follow up with suppliers regarding expiring or outstanding documentation.

Maintain regulatory registers, databases, and supporting documentation.

Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to certifications and regulatory documentation.

Support vendor and certification portal submissions and ongoing updates.

Conduct a second review of product artwork to verify spelling, accuracy, and compliance with Nature’s Path labelling standards and company guidelines.

Stay current on company labelling standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative support for regulatory projects, audits, and documentation.





Preferred background

Education in Food Science or a related field is preferred.

Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with excellent organizational skills.

Solid administrative, documentation, and record-management skills.

Cooperative team player with a proactive approach.

Details

12-month contract starting ASAP.

This role is in Richmond, BC and is four days a week in office.

Base salary: $57,000 annually.
