The Lead will support senior management in operational readiness and service delivery for all transit programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Support senior management with strategic input on operations
• Develop and coordinate Standard Operating Procedures
• Review deliverables for compliance with contracts




• Implement performance monitoring programs for operators
• Liaise with external stakeholders on operational protocols
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or relevant field
• Experience in transit operations, preferably LRT or Rapid Transit
• Proven team management and cross-department coordination skills
• Solid knowledge of transit lifecycle and compliance oversight
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
