Reporting directly to the President, the GM will oversee all production, engineering, quality, and administrative functions while driving growth, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-precision, customer-driven manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Translate the President’s vision and corporate strategy into actionable operational plans.Lead business development initiatives in coordination with the President to drive new opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.Ensure alignment of operational goals with company growth and profitability objectives.Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across machining, assembly, and quality control departments.Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet OTD and cost targets.Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.Financial & Performance Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts,
