This position involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Maintain & facilitate accurate project documentation, including drawings, permits, contracts, and reports. Prepare and distribute progress updates and meeting minutes. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
