You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions, overseeing technical architecture, ensuring cross-platform stability, and managing performance metrics. You will champion technical excellence in product development, promote engineering best practices, and support the professional growth of your development team.You will take ownership of the frontend engineering strategy and program delivery within your area, addressing the needs of customers, stakeholders, and the broader TELUS team. Collaboration with Product, Design, and Operations teams is crucial for the successful delivery of projects that align with our Engineer Excellence objectives. You'll also build and support a highly engaged, performant technical team, and act as a technical mentor and coach to help build a strong and enduring engineering culture at TELUS.
