As a Solutions Architect, you are the technical lead on Vena implementations acting as the subject matter expertise on both domain and product knowledge for our customers, providing well-laid out design, and overseeing the technical delivery of the project performed by the project team.How You 'll Make an ImpactLead the architectural design of Vena implementation projects, ensuring best practices are applied and solutions will be adopted by customers.Support the project team during configuration and testing, identifying and communicating key risks along the way.Facilitate workshops with customers to elicit business and technical requirements, aligning these with project scope and budget.Analyze and translate existing solutions, spreadsheets and business problems into holistic, well-designed and architected solutions using the Vena platformServe as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers in areas such as change management, business process design, process improvements and analyticsEvaluate existing solutions in customer tenants to identify optimizations or enhancements that drive more value for the customerDeliver high levels of customer service, over-delivering on customer expectationsProvide meaningful, timely feedback and progress updates to the project team including project sponsor,
