Join Coast Mountain Bus Company (CMBC) as a Health and Disability Case Manager, helping employees return to work through effective rehabilitation and program coordination. Support recovery programs, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure employees are fit to return.
As part of CMBC's Occupational Health Group, you will facilitate low intervention disability management and develop early intervention plans for employees. Your role will involve liaising with various stakeholders, including union representatives and insurance providers, to create effective return-to-work strategies that meet employee and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer CMBC’s Recover at Work program
• Lead early intervention and rehab process




• Triage complex cases to Occupational Health Specialists
• Liaise to develop individualized RTW plans
• Educate employees on recovery processes
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in health care or education
• Four years of experience in disability management
• Certification in allied health or nursing
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
