Job Responsibilities Provide guidance and management advice impacting cost, efficiency, compliance, service, and quality. Exercise independent judgment and decision‑making on complex issues. Maintain accurate reporting and tracking on projects to verify planned value,



actual cost, earned value, and assess impacts for changes. Manage baseline budgets and work breakdown structures to manage hours and expenditure. Manage the change process, proactively identifying potential variations, preparing change orders, and maintaining change logs. Coordinate with WSP’s Finance team, communicate clear instructions to maintain budgets and invoicing. Attend internal meetings and maintain communications with project teams. Implement and execute project controls plans to support contractual requirements. Assess impacts for changes and new forecasted dates/performance. Identify, communicate, resolve, and record deviations from the current plan. Prepare and coordinate monthly progress reports. What you’ll bring to WSP Post‑secondary diploma or degree (project management, finance or business preferred). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience in construction/engineering industry is an asset. Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize across projects. Strong interpersonal skills; continuous interaction with team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, editing, and proofreading.
