With a focus on relationship building, you’ll liaise with families and community resources for optimal support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with disabilities in residential settings
• Provide personal care and skill development support




• Link clients to community services and employment coaching
• Promote participation in community activities and events
• Support disabled persons in achieving independence
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent in related studies
• Minimum of 2 years experience with developmental disabilities
• Valid Alberta driver's license and clear abstract
• First Aid/CPR training and Non-Violent Crisis Prevention
• Committed to community-based living principles
