As Depot Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the Richmond Depot, supervising a dedicated team and ensuring effective service delivery. Key tasks include workforce planning, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high customer service standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations and supervise Road Supervisors and Drivers
• Manage driver schedules and shift coverages
• Conduct employee coaching and investigations
• Complete operational and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety documentation requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
• At least 5 years in transportation and logistics
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in transit
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
