Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily winter maintenance operations for MAR
• Coordinate maintenance plans with construction schedules
• Supervise in office personnel and equipment utilization




• Handle safety compliance and incident response
• Maintain communication with external teams for updates
Requirements:
• High school diploma preferred; technical training is a plus
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in road maintenance
• Knowledge of equipment operation and safety protocols
• Solid leadership and communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 driver's license essential
