Reporting to the Manager of Qualified Standards and Training, you will play a crucial role in developing training content, mentoring staff, and supporting technical initiatives. Your expertise will shine as you deliver impactful learning experiences for new assurance professionals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Collaboration with assurance managers to identify specific training needs will be essential in this collaborative position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onboarding training for recent assurance staff




• Support firm-wide training initiatives and develop digital content
• Assist with maintaining assurance tools and project management
• Provide technical mentorship for entry-level specialists
• Coordinate training projects aligned with strategic goals
Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• 4–6 years experience in public accounting, ideally in assurance
• Strong knowledge of ASPE, CAS, ASNPO standards
• Excellent presentation and writing skills
• Passionate about staff development and learning
